Alfalfa -Clover – Radish to sprout
Recommended sprouter: jar sprouter or Germ’line tiered sprouter, following the instructions supplied with the sprouter.
Level of ease: easy and fast.
Soaking time: 1 night
Germination period: 4 to 6 days.
Ingredients: 60% alfalfa seeds to germinate (medicago sativa), 20% red clover seeds to germinate (trifolium pratense), 20% radish seeds to germinate (raphanus sativus), from organic farming.
Origin of seeds: France, Italy.
Bag of 150g.
To be eaten in shoots of 2 to 3 cm, plain or as an accompaniment to your mixed spring salads, sandwiches, omelettes, pancakes, pan-fried vegetables.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
