Semolina is a foodstuff obtained by grinding durum wheat or other cereals to a greater or lesser degree of coarseness. It is used to prepare dishes such as couscous, tabbouleh, polenta and pasta. It is rich in vegetable proteins and provides B group vitamins, such as thiamine and folate.

Description

White couscous is made from white durum wheat semolina and water. The grains are then pre-cooked and dried. The color of white couscous varies from light yellow to creamy white.
INGREDIENTS
Organic white durum wheat semolina, water
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour couscous into a bowl and add the same volume of boiling water. Cover and leave to swell for 5 min. Loosen grains with a fork. Season to taste. White couscous is ideal for the traditional couscous recipe, with the addition of vegetables, meat and spices of your choice, or as a delicious accompaniment to vegetables and tabbouleh. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
