The product is pasteurized.
Advice of use
Ideal to spread on bread, bruschetta, hard boiled eggs and
vegetables or as a seasoning for pizzas, first or second dishes
based on meat or fish.
Storage mode
Store at room temperature and away from heat sources. Once
opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10
days.
