To ensure purity, Watson & Son controls 100% of the honey production from the rearing of queen bees, hive management, honey extraction, transportation and packing of honey in a jar, which ultimately ends up in your home.

We have a fully integrated supply chain, and carefully manage every stage of production to ensure that the pot of honey you buy can be traced right back to the special ecosystem it came from.

Operating under independently-certified quality systems, we provide assurance for our product quality and purity. Through innovative and advanced technology, we can trace all our honey batches from hive, through to extraction and packing of our product. And it’s all for one thing; to ensure that your Mānuka is the purest and most natural honey that ever came out of New Zealand’s forests.
