Recommended sprouter: jar sprouter or Germline tiered sprouter, following the instructions supplied with the sprouter.
Level of ease: easy and fast.
Soaking time: 1 night.
Germination time: 5 to 6 days.
Ingredients: 75% sprouting seeds of alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 15% sprouting seeds of radish (Raphanus sativus), 10% sprouting seeds of fennel (Foeniculum vulgaris), from organic farming.
Origin of seeds: France, Italy.
Bag of 150g.
To be eaten in shoots of 2 to 3 cm, plain or as an accompaniment to your summer salads, sandwiches, omelettes, gazpachos.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
