Recommended sprouter: jar sprouter or Germline tiered sprouter, following the instructions supplied with the sprouter.
Level of ease: easy and fast.
Soaking time: 1 night.
Germination time: 5 days.
Ingredients: 100% mung bean sprout seeds (Vigna radiata), from organic farming.
Seed origin: China.
Bag of 200g.
To be eaten in raw shoots of 2 to 3 cm.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
