Description
In this jam are united the aromas of orange, pomelo and lemon, different nuances of sugar content, fruity and tangy flavors. The fruits are selected and sorted manually to rule out damaged or too unripe fruits, they are finely chopped and cooked in a cauldron on steam, a technique which respects and preserves the natural aromas very well. The contribution of nuts gives this jam a unique personality that will subtly accompany your cheeses with character. The sugar of the fruit and the cane sugar provided make a total sugar content of this jam of 60%.
