Degree of ease: preferably with know-how.
Soaking time: 15 minutes.
Germination time: 8 to 10 days.
Ingredients: 100% sprouting watercress seeds (Lepidium sativum), from organic farming.
Origin of seeds: Italy.
Bag of 100g.
The pleasantly spicy flavor of watercress sprouts brings beautiful flavors to your salads and soups. They can also be mixed and then incorporated into homemade mashed potatoes.
To be consumed in green shoots of 4 to 5 cm.
Your sprouts will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
