Germination time: 4 to 6 days.
Ingredients: 75% alfalfa seeds to germinate (medicago sativa), 20% red cabbage seeds to germinate (brassica oleracea capitata rubra), 5% watercress seeds to germinate (lepidium sativum), from organic farming.
Origin of seeds: France, Italy.

To be eaten in shoots of 2 to 3 cm, plain or as an accompaniment to your winter soups, omelettes, pasta, pancakes.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
